On pedal assist level 2¨C3, I got 85 km before the battery bar started flashing. The pure electric range was around 55 km on flat trails, which matches the estimate. The thumb shifter is precise, and the 25 km/h speed limit feels appropriate for off?road use¡ªanything faster would be sketchy on loose gravel. Mechanical disc brakes are easy to adjust and stop confidently. Very happy with this purchase.

The high?carbon steel frame gives me confidence on rooty descents, and the mechanical disc brakes provide consistent stopping power even after long downhill runs. I primarily use pedal assist, and I¡¯m getting about 90 km per charge on rolling terrain. The thumb shifter is a nice touch¡ªI prefer it over twist shifters because it feels more precise. Couldn¡¯t be happier.

The step-through frame is a lifesaver when I¡¯m wearing work trousers or carrying a heavy backpack. I¡¯ve tested the range and got about 110 km on eco mode before needing to charge, which is almost exactly what they advertise. The 7-speed gears paired with the pedal assist make hills feel flat. Assembly was straightforward¡ªabout 80% assembled in the box. Highly recommend for anyone looking to ditch the car.

I contacted support via email, and they responded within 2 hours with a video troubleshooting guide. It turned out to be a loose connector in the handlebar wiring. Once I fixed that, the bike has been flawless. The step-through geometry is so comfortable for my 5¡¯4¡± frame. I love the 250W motor¡ªit¡¯s quiet but powerful enough to get me up to 25 km/h quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

The disc brakes still feel new (I did have to adjust them once), and the battery still holds a full charge to get me to work and back (40 km round trip) with plenty of juice left. The step-through frame has held up without any creaks or wobbles. It¡¯s easy to maintain, and parts seem standard, which is nice for repairs. This is a workhorse. Best purchase I made this year.

The 250W motor is surprisingly peppy for city streets, and the disc brakes provide excellent stopping power in the rain. My only complaint is the weight. If the battery dies, pedaling this without assist is a serious workout because the frame is quite sturdy (which is good for stability, bad for lifting). It¡¯s fine for rolling terrain, but if you live in a walk-up apartment, be prepared to carry a heavy bike. Otherwise, the build quality is excellent for the price point.

I did a long canal path ride and managed 95 km with mixed assist levels (mostly medium) and still had 2 bars left on the battery. The 36V 13Ah battery is a beast. The ride is comfortable thanks to the fat tires, and the step-through design makes mounting and dismounting easy when you¡¯re stopping for photos. If you are a long-distance rider or a heavy commuter, this is the one.

The IPX4 rating held up perfectly¡ªthe display and electronics never missed a beat. The mechanical disc brakes got a little squeaky when wet but still stopped fine. The thumb shifter is placed well and worked even with wet gloves. I¡¯m deducting one star because the high?carbon steel frame is prone to rust if you don¡¯t dry it properly after wet rides. Keep it clean and oiled, and it¡¯s a reliable machine

The thumb shifter is intuitive¡ªI can change gears without taking my hand off the grip, which is great on technical climbs. Pure electric range was about 58 km on a mix of dirt roads and single track, and pedal assist easily stretched past 90 km. Mechanical disc brakes have plenty of stopping power even on steep descents. If you¡¯re looking for a capable e?MTB without breaking the bank, this is it.

The battery is integrated neatly into the frame, so it doesn¡¯t draw too much attention. The 25 km/h speed limit is perfect for bike lanes¡ªfast enough to get me to work quickly but not so fast that I feel unsafe. The 7-speed gear system is smooth, and the tires handle potholes well. I deducted one star only because the seat was a bit hard; I replaced it with a gel seat cover and now it¡¯s perfect.
